Group Classes

Low, moderate & high impact aerobic exercises effective for weight loss and strength building are performed on a regular basis. Classes are available for all fitness levels, check the descriptions or talk to our staff for more detail.

1:1 or small group personal training

When you work with our Certified Personal Trainer, you will receive education, nutrition evaluation, motivation, challenge, and accountability to reach your fitness goals to good health, feel good, and to look good.  Our personal trainers will challenge you and you will see results.

Dance Your Way To Fitness (Kids Too)

Dancing allows you to get your heart pumping and your limbs moving without having to endure the monotony of exercising on a treadmill. Dancing regularly helps maintain balance and coordination as well as make and meet friends.


A more challenging & varied workout that builds strength, endurance, and agility. Conducted in or outdoors, our bootcamp includes a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements.

I had looked into another more expensive gym before I joined Lamberts and I can honestly say that the classes are much better at Lamberts than at the other gym. I love so many classes at Lamberts including HIIT, Pilates, Kickbox and Zumba. Everyone is so helpful and friendly too. I’m so glad I found this place!

(The club will be closed from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Mon-Fri for a deep clean to disinfect all equipment.)

Sat – 9:00am – 12:00pm

Sunday – closed for total deep cleaning
