Low, moderate & high impact aerobic exercises effective for weight loss and strength building are performed on a regular basis. Classes are available for all fitness levels, check the descriptions or talk to our staff for more detail.
DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS
Dancing allows you to get your heart pumping and your limbs moving without having to endure the monotony of exercising on a treadmill. Dancing regularly helps maintain balance and coordination as well as make and meet friends.
When you work with our Certified Personal Trainer, you will receive education, nutrition evaluation, motivation, challenge, and accountability to reach your fitness goals to good health, feel good, and to look good. Our personal trainers will challenge you and you will see results.
A more challenging & varied workout that builds strength, endurance, and agility. Conducted in or outdoors, our bootcamp includes a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements.
Classes For All Fitness Levels
On any given day, one of us will walk by a mirror, observe a photograph, or see our reflection in the glass. Where did the time go, and why didn’t we see it before? Your family physician, photographs, and mirrors won’t make excuses for you. You are concerned with body weight, body fat, blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. Which of those readings should concern you the most? You know it’s time to make a change.
TOTAL BODY BLAST
This class will work your entire body. Selection of weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliding disc to shape and sculpt the entire body.
This is high intensity interval training class that involves performing a particular exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes.
A Latin inspired dance fitness class that combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations.
A gentle flow vinyasa practice that focuses on transitions between postures using an ancient method of unifying body and mind. It creates mindfulness, neutral awareness, calm, strength, and flexibility in both mind and body.
A combination of boxing techniques and martial arts. This class will improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscle and shred your abs. It’s a non- contact class so no bags, no gloves, just a killer workout!
Focuses on using controlled and precise movements, to strengthen your abdominals and back as well as lengthen your muscles. This class will definitely challenge you at any fitness level
High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through a quick, intense burst of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
BUTTS & GUTTS
This class will tighten and tone your glutes (booties) and core. We use weights, bands, and gliding discs. So, get ready to have buns and core of steel.
This is designed for all levels of fitness. This is a great cardio workout! Let the music and instructor motivate you through your workout. A Heart Rate Monitor is recommended, but not required.

Dance Your Way To Fitness
We can hear you… “I am not a dancer!” The great thing is you don’t have to be. The elements are taken from dances but they are simplified for all levels of fitness and dance. Consider dance as an aerobic workout, with simple to follow instructions, a great teacher, and fantastic music to help you through this great experience.

The children in the program learn the importance of exercise in a fun, exciting way, and they learn how to warm up, cool down, and stretch their muscles for more flexibility. Kids exercise promotes cardiovascular health at a young age and helps children develop good exercise and eating habits that will stay with them for a lifetime.
Salsa - noche latina dance company
Salsa basically has origins in Cuba and consists of combinations, turns, and patterns. The basic dance steps including the salsa stance, side and back rocks, small quick turns, cross body leadings, then outside turns and more.
BACHATA - noche latina dance company
Bachata basic steps are performed by moving within a small square (side, side, forward and then tap with your toes, then side, side, back, and tap).
Kizomba - noche latina dance company
The origins of Kizomba can be traced to the late-1970s Angola, Africa. Kizomba is a slower, romantic, more sensuous rhythm than the traditional Angolan semba dance.
Cha-Cha-Cha - noche latina dance company
The Cha-Cha is a fun, flirty, lighthearted dance that gets its distinctive “cha, cha, cha” rhythm because there are 5 steps danced to four beats. Dancers work parallel with each other in well-synchronized movements.

Most of the time, to accomplish fat loss, people seem to believe that cardio training in addition to a moderate reduction in calories is the best course of action. However, many people run into a plateau and have trouble losing unwanted weight. Our personal trainers can help you with an individual assessment and design a proper exercise program.
Strength – Weights
Everybody knows that strength training builds muscle but did you know that it does more much more for you in the health stakes? Weights training improves immunity, increases bone density, combats diabetes, wacks arthritis, raises testosterone, avoids muscle loss, increases muscle mass & reduces body fat. Our personal trainers will show you the proper ways to workout.
It is a common belief that aerobic training (cardio) for people who are trying to prevent heart disease or lose weight constitutes something along the lines of “perform 30-60 minutes of steady pace cardio 3-5 times per week maintaining your heart rate at a moderate level”. Before you just give in and become the “hamster on the wheel” doing endless hours of boring cardio, our personal trainers can show you something more fun and engaging.
We have the options for 4-weeks, 6-weeks, and 8-week sessions meeting 2x per week. Working in small groups, our bootcamp is designed to build your strength & endurance, lower stress, increase cardio fitness & confidence, and lower body fat. Space is limited and advance registration is required.

why you should consider a Personal Trainer?

Are there any low impact classes?
Yoga classes have a huge variety of low impact exercise routines. Some classes hold postures, and others flow through each posture by matching breath with movement. Yoga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Will Someone Show Me How to use the equipments?
Improper use of fitness equipment can cause personal injury and damage to the equipment. There are instructions on or near the complex machines and our staff are always available for any questions you might have.
When is the best time to exercise?
The “right time” is when you’re most likely to do it. If you know your day often ends late or meetings come up suddenly, it’s best to schedule your workout for first thing in the morning when nothing can interfere. If you’re a night owl, fit your workout in before dinner. Our gym opens as early as 5:30 a.m. and closes as late as 9:00 p.m. most days and have group classes early and late in the days.
What's a group personal training?
is an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training. The benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate by working out with others who push you to new fitness heights. The personal trainer’s custom-design workouts with different levels of fitness in mind. The workout is fun and time will fly by and you will see results.
What's a proper aerobic wear?
When shopping for clothing to wear while doing aerobics it is imperative to purchase pieces that fit loosely and allow for free airflow. If you are wearing tight, binding aerobic wear, your movements are likely to be restricted and make the exercising ineffective.
