Hello Luna Fitness Club Family!

Hope you are safe and well! Luna Fitness Club misses you and we are excited to welcome you back. COVID-19 has and continues to affect and disrupting our lives in so many aspects whether it is Healthwise, emotionally, mentally, physical or financially. More than ever, exercise is needed for our wellbeing. Luna Fitness is a positive and fun community and together we can overcome this difficult transition. We hope that you will join us for class or a quick workout. We are fully open effective January 27th with the following schedule:


LFC temporary hours of operations (as of 9/3/21) 


Mon – Thurs – 6:00am – 8:00pm

Fri – 6:00am – 7:00pm

Sat – 8:00am – 4:00pm

Sunday – 9:00am – 12:00pm

Wednesday 7pm – Dance Sweat Meditate with Michelle

Thursday 6pm – Yoga with Adam

Saturday 9:30am – Zumba with Jonathan

Sunday 10am – Dance Sweat Meditate with Michelle

We’ll slowly add more classes as we move forward.


Luna Fitness Club will adopt, recommend and monitor closely that all members are following Social distancing protocols. group fitness studio spaces will be marked with tape indicating social distancing space. Equipment has been spaced out (unplugged) to adhere to social distancing recommendations. The use of masks is required for our members and instructors while in the club.

Luna Fitness Club will continue to take extra precautions disinfecting equipment and follow CDC guidelines to protect your health and wellbeing.


  • In efforts to stay healthy and help stop the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses, we encourage everyone to follow the 3 C’s.


COVER – cough (or sneeze) into the crook of your elbow or into a tissue that is immediately thrown away and wash your hands

CLEAN – Frequently wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds

CONTAIN – Stay home when you are sick until you have been free of fever for 72 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications.
