Wednesday

  • 6:00 p.m – Tabata + Abs – Olga
  • 7:00 p.m – Zumba – Jonathan

Thursday

  • 9:30 a.m. – Small Group Training – *Paid Class*
  • 6:00 p.m – Pilates/Barre – Catherine
  • 7:00 p.m – Socatology – Jah
  • 7:00 p.m – Cycle – Ayesha

Friday

  • 6:00 p.m – Uptown Dance – Leta

Saturday

  • 8:30 a.m – Butts & Gutts – Olga & Leila
